Return & Refunds Policy

At George Discovery, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • We do not accept returns on perishable goods, intimate or sanitary items, or any product marked as non-returnable on the product page.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at [email protected] with the subject “Return Request”. Please include your order number, product name, and the reason for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email within 3 business days of receiving the item.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days via your preferred method of communication to arrange a refund or exchange.

  • Refunds are only available for the product price. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need an exchange, contact us at [email protected] with clear photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days after approval:

  1. Check your method of communication (email or message) for a refund confirmation.

  2. Contact us at [email protected] for further assistance.

Cash on Delivery Refunds

Since we operate via Cash on Delivery only, refunds will be arranged through a direct communication method agreed upon (e.g., bank transfer or other local options).
