Return Eligibility
Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
We do not accept returns on perishable goods, intimate or sanitary items, or any product marked as non-returnable on the product page.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at [email protected] with the subject “Return Request”. Please include your order number, product name, and the reason for return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
We will notify you via email within 3 business days of receiving the item.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days via your preferred method of communication to arrange a refund or exchange.
Refunds are only available for the product price. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need an exchange, contact us at [email protected] with clear photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days after approval:

Cash on Delivery Refunds
Since we operate via Cash on Delivery only, refunds will be arranged through a direct communication method agreed upon (e.g., bank transfer or other local options).
